About Us
Managing director Allan Hay founded Hay Enterprises more than 24 years ago as a one-man land clearing operation in Nelson Bay. Since then, our business has expanded to offer work in various fields for the public and private sectors throughout the Port Stephens, Hunter Valley and Central Coast and NSW regions. We’ve managed a wide range of projects with government departments and utility providers over the years. We have also undertaken demolition projects as large as the new Western Sydney airport. These include Hunter Water, Energy Australia, NSW Land Registry Services, Roads and Maritime Services and NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
We have a wide range of earthmoving and excavating equipment available for all size projects. Need to get sand supplies or water to your construction site? Our tipper trucks and water carts will haul it for you.
Our Licences & Insurances
We are licensed for demolition works and friable asbestos work and are approved by the WorkCover Authority of New South Wales.
We have certified management systems to beat quality insurance environmental and WHS. We’re also insured for public liability and workers compensation in all of the fields we work in.
